About Me
She is a Spiritual Counselor and Ordained Deaconess in 2016 at Embassies of Christ Kingdom Ministries. Her passion is to serve others from all walks of life, without judgement. Her goal is to use a multifaceted approach to positively touch as many lives as possible. Her faith-based approach to care helps people know that she’s rooting for them, and insures they feel heard, cared for and comfortable while they address their particular needs.

She is a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) this license allows her to practice social work using specialized knowledge to do things like: Effect emotional responses and changes in behavior for individuals, families, couples, groups, and communities. She interned as a Substance Abuse Counselor, Medical Social Worker, and coordinated for people with mental and cognitive disabilities and has over 15 years of experience working with individuals, children, adolescents, and families who suffer from a variety of mental illnesses. She volunteered for American Red Cross as a Mental Health Specialist and to assist individuals with crisis intervention.
She uses a holistic, strength based, person centered approach guides her practice. She views the life coaching process as an alliance between people and the life coach and considers that people are the experts of their lives. Within the structure of the trusting relationship clients can access their inner strengths and promote change. Cynthia’s goal as a life coach/counselor is to provide a safe environment where we can explore your primary interests, address negative thinking and behaviors, develop goals and determines strengths and assets as you move toward your aspirations, and believe in a Better Tomorrow.
Some of the treatment modalities I use in my practice are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Family Systems Theory and Supportive Therapy. I have found in my practice that using an eclectic approach allows my clients treatment to be tailored specifically to their needs. I treat clients with a variety of MH/ life-altering issues such as mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, school related issues, stress management, relationship concerns and work related issues
